I love Oatmeal and have it most days for breakfast. It has a reputation for being boring and bland but I couldn’t disagree more. You can make it sweet, or savory, you can add cocoa or maple syrup (or both). I love playing with the ingredients I have on hand to create different variations to mix it up and keep my breakfasts interesting. This following is a delicious combination of some of my favorite Oatmeal toppings, that has an added immunity boost from the “On Guard” Essential Oil and Cinnamon. I love this breakfast on colder mornings as the spices help to warm me up from the inside out and fire up my digestive fire (Agni) to keep my metabolism / blood sugar stable throughout the day.

Ingredients
- ½ c Rolled Oats
- 3 tsp Raisins
- 2 tsp Goji Berries
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 ¼ cup apx. Boiling Water
- 1-2 drops of “On Guard”, doTERRA essential oil immunity blend*
- ½ tsp of your favorite Jam, maple syrup, cocoa powder
Directions
- Combine all of the dry ingredients in a glass bowl
- Add boiling water and cover for 2 minutes
- Stir and enjoy
- Add “On Guard” essential oil for an immunity boost*
- Option to add jam, maple syrup, 0r cocoa powder here*
